Introduction
Tensamin is a decentralised messaging service that puts you in full control of your messages. You self-host an ‘Iota’, which stores all your user settings and messages. You can host the Iota wherever you want, and as long as it is created outside of the host, it will not be possible to decrypt and read your messages. This means that Iota hosting services can exist in case you would prefer not to host one yourself.
You can also host communities on these Iotas. These communities are extremely powerful as they enable you to create fully customisable plugins and channels in any programming language you choose by compiling them to WASM. This enables you to run a single programming language on both the server and the client. Not only can you program custom channels, but you can also design them. You can create custom HTML and CSS for the channels, allowing for unique use cases.
